Leak of 12th Phy Q papers restricted to Manipur: CBSE to HC

The CBSE today told the  Delhi  High  Court  that the alleged leak of Class 12th Physics question paper was restricted to  Manipur  only and it has already ordered a fresh examination in that zone.  The bench, headed by acting Chief Justice B D Ahmed, also considered the submission of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) that it was conducting further inquiry into the matter and would take remedial actions if it comes across the fact that the leak was not restricted to Manipur alone.  "The CBSE is a responsible organization. They investigated the case. The court cannot keep on monitoring such issues. Moreover, no student is before us," the bench said.  Senior advocate N K Kaul, appearing for the CBSE, also said there were different sets of question papers for Delhi and offshore locations and hence the alleged leak of question paper in Manipur had "local effect".  The court then disposed of the PIL filed by Rajiv Ranjan Dwivedi, a Delhi-based lawyer.  The ple

Why every Kota landlord asking for Student's ID PROOF ???

Image
It is a tale of two youths who once aspired to crack IIT but ended up being part of a mushrooming terror module of banned outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM). The investigators have found that the two engineering students arrested by Delhi Police from Jaipur for allegedly being involved in terror activities had an excellent academic record. A threatening letter demanding the release of suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorists arrested from the state over the past few days was delivered to the Kota SP's office, a few days back. Hence kota police is now taking strict measures to bring in safety of people. Due involvement of students in terror group, the Kota Police has demanded the landlords of coaching factory(kota) to keep a check on the students living in their houses. Therefore naturally the landlords or hostel owners are asking for photocopy of Coaching ID PROOF from the students.
